I just called IGO.
As far as they are concerned nothing has changed and BHP will stockpile. ie. They will continue to get paid at market rates. BHP would have to declare force majure to stop taking the ore. This is unlikley as they have scheduled plant maintenance and Marius' interview yesterday alluded that they were going to stockpile at the stage where energy was required.
Once IGO get full confirmation from BHP they will make a ASX ann.
All looks good. Nickel price has moved up again.
