I still go back to what I know:

ODN hold 48916746 shares of VPE @ .32 (Todays Price)
= $15,653,358 + $1,000,000 Cash = 16,653,358
Divided by 108 Million Shares = 15.4 cnts per share.

I put no value on Spinel at the moment.I have seen no relevant feedback other than in the Quartely for our 25% stake in this...
We do not own 18.4 % of VPE anymore.
Some like to keep using this figure.
I like others want this to go higher and am very positive for the future. But I will always do my calcs based on what I know and NOT what could be.
If we have more shares than that stated please let me know.
Then for my peace of mind can get the figures right!
