Shares were not being sold - the issue price went from something like 1.5 cents to $10. This will make most regulatory bodies uncomfortable!
It is a renamed shell for the Pensador resources and is not being actively traded. They couldn't keep the 1.5 cent price tag associated with it, so it looks like outright manipulation from the outside.
They are not looking at trading it anyway at the moment (that I am aware of) - so again a non issue IMO.
