I’m preparingsome comments, to be posted next week, with the objective of benefittingMTC shareholders. But to accomplish this I require independent input fromreaders of MTC news releases and other Company reports to shareholders. Please try to reply to the following questionsindependently of other readers’ replies, basing your reply on what you haveread in Company public documents (and not from other posters on chat rooms). Ifa simple “yes”, “no” or “not sure” works, that is fine, but your comments are certainlywelcome. I may (or may not) know the answers to some of the followingquestions, but I would like to know (as perhaps do you) if other shareholders knowthe answers. (I have not included any questions about the Cobalt debacle orabout the controlling holdings of Management). There are obviously many (possibleand a combination of) reasons why the share price has collapsed. But one ofthem may simply be that shareholders have tired of some of the mysteries of MTC.If the mysteries can be dispelled perhaps, at least, remaining shareholderswill hold on to their shares (eg.,Question 4).

Question 1. Why, really, was no field workcarried out on the Cancet lithium deposit in 2018?

Question 2. Has an application been made for the Quebec tax refund? And if so, what is the dollar amountthat is expected to be refunded? Andwhen is/was it expected to be refunded?

Question 3. What is your understanding of the “Cancet claimsproblem” or the “legal problem” (using words by various HotCopper posters)?

Question 4. Have you read my post #38419958 of May 6placed under the heading “Gold Discovery Potential of the Cancet LithiumProperty”? If you have not, and you are an MTC shareholder, you may be happy that you did. If you're short of time just listen to the first 5 minutes of the YouTube audio.

If I get replies from at least 10 HotCopper members Iwill carry on with this exercise. If Ionly hear crickets it will mean that I am wasting my time. Yes, harsh words indeed!

I am not a friend of management or an employee or a consultant. But I do have a very unique vantage point.

You will see the phrase "The Corvette-FCI property extends for more than 25 kilometers along the Lac Guyer greenstone belt within the James Bay region of Quebec." The same words apply to the Cancet Property. And I want to emphasize that it is true that the Cancet Property is in the same geological belt as, and on strike with Midland's Mythril Property, with Azimut's Hyperion Property, and with 92 Resources Corvette-FCI Property. This is fortuitous. This is fantastic good luck. This is a lucky break. And I would not stick my neck out if this was foolish to say. And I expect that MTC management knows this. But as officers and directors they can't "speculate" in writing like I can. You HotCopper readers and MTC shareholders don't have to take my word for this. Just look at all the links. And, as many of you are so fond of repeating, do your own research. And for those of you who do, and who understand, perhaps you would like to confirm that this is true (or not). And, yes, there are gold showings on the Cancet Property. They are few and low grade, but given that no one has really walked the ground, I expect there is more to be found. Here are two links to add to your knowledge of what is developing in the region. And Midland is expected to announce the first ever drilling results on the Mythril property within the next 7 days.
