I think that the referendum will give a sense of unity to the Island and have a positive effect
I think that it is possible to reconcile all the existing differences in customary fashion
If the leaders and the landowners all get together without outside interference, a consensus is possible
Sometimes, I think that Bougainville as a people have the equivalent of post traumatic stress disorder from the conflict
But given time, I think there is a chance for Panguna to reopen
But it will be a typical Bougainville solution, not necessarily one that conforms to the needs of BOC or RTG
