Some good signs are there:

It seems to have held the lows from June 2017
Has ignored the big earnings downgrade from Livent overnight
Has traded above the previous week's high. Last time that happened was back in the first week of April.

Still not out of the woods and don't want to get too excited just yet, but showing positive signs. Break of the downtrend would be good cause of excitement.
