Is the writing on the wall???

Very interesting stuff.... DDT stock is up to 1.2 cents, driven by purchases. I presume that all of this buying is done by the people that called for the EGM. That gives them well over 10% of the stock. Hopefully they were able to get support from some of the larger shareholders as well. Although there is no information on what they are proposing to do with the company IF they get support at the time of voting, it can not be any worse that the shareholders are facing. Sale of the core business is just wrong. It is not that microdots business has no traction, it is a case of the management having no idea what to do and how to run this business. They have proven it over the years to a great detriment to all shareholders. Yet they are trying to tell the market that once the sale of dots is done they will concentrate on the trace. Well - what were they doing until now? The trace sales are just about the same as it was years ago. No traction, no new customers, no new solutions. They would just burn the cash. Once gone and after excuses as per every annual report every year, they would close the door. Meanwhile they would draw nice salaries, most likely travel, yet no results. They would be ion the same boat as other listed companies with trace product - YPB, SMX and DOTZ.... huge losses.

SO - hopefully the shareholders will see the light and after the last unsuccessful EGM, they will see that the only way to salvage the company is to get rid of the hopeless people that run DDT. They had their time (too much of it) and look where the company is. Perhaps I should have not sell my holdings last year as there could be a light at the end of the tunnel, just not with the current board at the helm. Good luck to Mr. Kellas and company and good riddance to the hopeless people at DDT.
