I emailed the company a question about the strip ratio and will share a summary of any response I receive. The impression I got from the PFS and the conference call was that they used conservative assumptions for the pit wall slope because they didn't have enough data to support a steeper wall design. However, the real-world indications (IE the existing pit walls, which are stable) suggest the walls can be designed to be steeper (lower strip). They just need to do more geotechnical drilling to prove this for the DFS. Despite the poorer result for the starter pit, there's just too much value here in my view for me to sell at these prices. Good luck anyway.
