    1. perhaps, yes but accuracy was a problem as we saw in the outdoor build. Another point on this is that Total time to build the wall will be more important than laying speed. House walls built with face brick and mortar do not have to have render time included in the total time to build a wall. The FBR method currently requires all the external walls to be rendered. To be honest we do not have any official external wall per meter building times including the rendering to compare to current double face brick or stick and single leaf brick.
similar for internal walls. We do not have any official internal wall per meter building times including the render/plaster/whatever compared to the current stick and plasterboard.
    2. true, there is a TAD. Waste reduction etc. So how does TAD now work with WaaS. Is the plan for FBR to provide the TAD Solidworks plugin to Architects and Builders for free or charge? What happens for those builders that do not use Solidworks and instead use <insert name of CAD software here> or have an old version of Solidworks that doesn't support TAD?
Or has the scope of TAD changed to being a tool that only FBR uses internally. Builder sends a CAD file to FBR and FBR import it into TAD kind of thing. How does doing that help the builder with a BOM for the entire house?
So many small unknowns here that each might be a point of resistance to take up.
    3. Errrr, are you suggesting that Brickworks sales reps are going to allow WaaS to cannibalise there other product lines? That could happen, wouldn't be the first large company to do that. Doesn't always end well.
    4. I see no independent proof that FBR is currently conforming to current building codes.....I do see evidence that FBR want to, but that is different to saying that they are currently doing it. Also which building codes? For technical reasons Australian building codes are dependant on physical location. FBR have never stated to my knowledge that FBR currently confirms to all building codes for all possible locations in Australia.
    5. Perhaps. I accept that is their design goal. It is yet to be proven that they achieve it in the real world.

I am yet to see a prediction from FBR on which FY FBR will be cash flow positive and consider paying dividends.
All I see is dreams from HC posters. That was me too once. Not any more.
Please provide a link to official FBR information that suggests that the JV will be profitable for share holders that includes a date of when that is predicted to happen?
