Mmx and mis will merge, Mitsu will get infra and Sino will become major share holder in new entity and thus get the IO secured. Everybodys happy including me. New share price after september $15 - $20 be patient. As for chm, once the merger has happened the Chinese will deal with them their way and you will never hear from them again. End of story!
