I want to summarize why l brought this into the open. I patiently waited for MTC management to do so. As a professional (of a certain kind) l could wait no longer. All shareholders deserve, and have the right, to know (of) information that can materially affect their holdings, or their decision to buy or sell. I believe that it is the Cancet legal issue that is one of the principle causes of the share price collapse. Whether directly or indirectly. It should have been dealt with head on and not been allowed to fester - for almost a year now. (I just self-edited something that the moderator would likely have deleted this paragraph for). Even if it had been lost, at least MTC could have gotten on to other things. And not gone nowhere while office overhead are up valuable cash. Yes MTC may win the court case. (I could say more on this but the moderator is ever-present.). But due to the size of the prize this could carry on for years, even decades. Will MTC investors cover the legal costs?
