Hi Whisky, I do agree it would be presented in the manner you suggest. Many would still see it as a payoff. I know I would when crunching the numbers and seeing what is paid for proven and unproven assets. My assumption is that they would need to be very generous to get the deal across the line.
Not our problem however.
