Its still $700k each for mike and mark in just 18 months if they meet B and C rights class.
Share price would be a massive priority for me if i were them. I guess they are hoping the 11 homes will be enough to get them all performance shares. Honestly im doubtful they will meet any of these SP based performance shares, unless they have a huge international investor at their doorstep like bechtel looking for a deal that doesn't involve a large amount of shares.
The SP will only dilute over the next year IMO as we have no way to fund more machines without a large capital raise.
