context is everything though.
the context of that document that Anks shared a snip of is of a structure that was built inside another structure. The building standards that are relevant to a structure inside another one are not the same as the building standards that are relevant to a structure built in anyone of or all of the capital cities.
It would have been a lot more believable and perfectly reasonable for share holders to expect for FBR to clearly state the AS number that the structure complied with.
Context is everything.....
