Investors of SO4 should be asking the company what are the implications of the registered Aboriginal Heritage Site ID 37676 posted on the WA native title register. I'm aware BLK have a native title agreement in place for their operations, and this new claim appears to be made over the top of Lake Way. However does the BLK agreement cover SO4 given the new claim? Do SO4 have to get a section 18 clearance? This could be a problem for SO4 and I'd like to see a company response.
