Hmmm ... agree Metastock and Paritech are the way to go. We use both for Stocks/ETO's.

Am concerned at your plan to trade full-time due to impending unemployment as you will put an impossible psychological load on yourself ...

It is well known that trading under stress brings out the worst in decision making and can lead to gambling ... with the inevitable results.

Suggest you arrange your affairs so you are not dependent on trading which you can still do part-time from home.
