you may be right about the 6.1 alumina. I think the best result brm achieved is 5%, so on average it should be higher. But Chinese are using higher contaminants than this, one way of doing it is to blend with low impurity ore. Chinese can accept the ore.
When you say "the bare minimum", how much is that in 2009, US100/t ???
