I suspect Hartley's will be the face of an inevitable capital raise.
At some stage in the very near term STA will need to go to market and raise some decent capital to fund Fungoni project. And if they don't do it soon their already soggy image will be trashed.
On this basis, I think Hartley's are ramping to get a better price for raising capital.
