Wrt CBA, do you see the tightening of credit as an issue for property valuation? I just can’t see from here on those year on year profits expansion. Maybe I read too much but that is my view.

Seems the week old volatility has adjusted as Trump tariff came into effect. Sell the rumor and buy back equities? Gold as I view it is going down now the triggers did not go according to the safety asset class.
