    Sino would never get a propsal through & excepted before infra.

    They not that worried about infra. anyway. They want IO.

    Plus they up to 43.62%. MIS dropped nine to $6.41. Sino can buy on market @ $6.38 & below.

    MMX up nine looking a little stronger today.
