Yeah I believe that part is correct but it is a work of fiction about a character presumed to be Livermore. The main character has a completely different name. The original point of my post still stands. It is very high risk to add to losing positions. Not that I have never done that. A good example where it did work very well was with RAP. I had a losing position and added after the SP fully collapsed. Since then you could have recovered all losses. But my confidence in this stock is very high.
