JMHO,This so called "Merger" is an absolute disgrace.The Good News is:Because it is so cr*p you would think plenty of serious players will now be frantically running the ruler over SXP!!No truely independant expert could surely "see and recommend" this "cra*p" as being in the best interests of current SXP shareholders!!In the worst case shareholders are likely to vote it out!!All of the above would suggest holding out for a better deal!!! Even one half worth considering!!Regards to All Holders
