Personally I am not overly excited by 40 cents either. I think the key in understanding bkt potential is understanding the achievement in attaining 99.1% TGC purity using a standard flotation circuit. This implies that the impurities within its resource can be cleansed without using harmful chemicals to attain high purity. This not only minimises environmental concerns (Chinese government is cracking down on graphite polluters) but is economically beneficial.

I believe this is the sole reason bkt has already achieved offtake agreements with Chinese companies for 255,000 /t per annum at prices that promise good profits.

Chinese want bkt graphite and prepared to pay a premium for it.

So I am expect prices to soar north of $1 within 12 months.
