Do you mean the management / performance fees charged, or the premium to NTA people are willing to pay?
The thing with LICs is that the managers can just continue to charge their existing fees, irrespective of what the markets are doing. The investable capital doesn’t change when someone sells their shares (unlike a managed fund).
