incorrect imo. the arrival of a new warehouse, as the article says, does nothing to supply and demand. moreover, the additional liquidity will bump tin futures into a larger trading base and market. the increased liquidity and support will dramatically bolster prices to the upside. one other thing the delta between us and china prices is huge.. 800 usd on some days, its more likely that the lme is positioning to move their prices closer to the yaun rather than bring lme prices down. besides how can it move to the downside when the price is much higher in china. worst case it moves to the middle which is higher than current usd.

largely this is a good thing..a very good thing. not sure how you're seeing it.
