Agreement is conditional on SAS securing finance and the pearls agreement being amended, which was meant to have been done by now.

5.2m Euro equals over 8m aussie. SAS had 1.8m on 31 March, less say 500k a month burn rare so around 1million now.
add on 7m from the tranche 2, less monthly operating costs = another capital raise required this calendar year.

sure it's good the agreement has been signed, despite it being conditional on 2 very important things. That's about all that's positive. Do your research and you will realise this puts even more financial strain on the company.

another CR imminent this year. Who will participate this time? Their current brokers clearly unhappy given they are no longer underwriting. At what discount? 1cent??

Agree, it is good the agreement got signed, despite the ongoing negativity it is actually happening - full CAPEX is not required for SAS to make the constellation happening.

IMO, SAS will take flight, no doubt.
