I am with you on this, this is another good announcement showing they are starting to get it all sorted. MOU's for future revenue sorted, Gomspace agreement signed, directors will be next and then the finance will be sorted. Not at all worried if it doesn't open tomorrow. They can not do much with finance until after the 16th so do not see any advantage on opening tomorrow. In regards to finance it may not even be a CR it could come from his alternative finance that he talks about. Either way this is looking far less risky than it did a few weeks ago. For me personally confidence is building.
