If WP does not know these ‘specifics’ I would be really concerned, if what you say is 100% correct then WP is virtually flying ‘blind’, ..... who is advising him then??

It's probably unwise to respond to such extreme statements. The fact is, that no CEOs will know everything. It's absurd to suggest they should and demand that they should. The question should always be, was this reasonable in the circumstances which were known? Shady behaviour by purchasers is not well understood. By it's nature. I'm offering this as one example of what was not understood at the time.

Secondly this is a risky sector. You should know this, or at least you will know this by now.

Really, requiring a CEO to have the wisdom of Solomon is surely not being reasonable. At least you're not accusing him of being stupid.
