At the moment, while I agree that the involvement of the army may well be beneficial, I’m going with company guidance that meeting with the FDA will put them at end Phase II. That is by no means a fait accompli, and that’s not being negative towards the company, it’s just with the FDA you never know.

Still if they jump to end Ph II that’s a really substantive achievement. You’d have to say if there were any tolerability issues thr product wouldn’t be on the market, so they’ve got that in the bag. But if they get any concession from the FDA on efficacy then that’s a big deal.

While I know some posters have spotted possible evidence of army involvement ( and the company is keeping that under wraps if true) I’m going to wait until it’s confirmed. Experience with other bios shows that army involvement is not necessarily straightforward (though IMC would have a much more transparent straightforward process compared with the other company I’m thinking of). I don’t want to sound too dismissive, I agree the army is a big fish and the fact that they’re showing interest is hugely positive.

I still maintain that at this market cap they’re priced for civilian travelan alone and all the other projects (and army / shigella) are a bonus. It’s a bit of a weird company, already having a product in play, and I know it’s tried a lot of people’s patience, but I think we’ve got to admit onething if nothing else...... it’s not overhyped.
