    After the Wesfarmers offer for Kidman, I would not be overly pessimistic about this CR. Sentiment towards Li may be turning up even with all this trade war fighting, and even in Singapore, funds r looking to get into Li mining/production shares. It is just very early so nobody knows what to do.
    IMO, best would be a straight placement to a name investor/business.
