Actually there are quite a few that are cheaper on on EV to Reserve basis:
WGX = $167/oz @ SP= 134.5c
PRU = $127/oz @SP = 43
BLK = $14/oz @ SP = 1.1c
GCY = $155/oz @ SP=3.8c
RSG = $141/oz @ SP = 113c

I calculate MOY = $255/oz @ SP=12.5c. MOY's figure is higher because its reserves are smaller than others.

Today's movements will change the figures a little but not too much.

Where MOY Is cheap is on an EV to Production basis which at 95 Koz per annum is $1009/oz.
