    10% of a40's shares at closing price .20c = 26.75m
    15% of a40s shares at closing price .20c = 40m

    If they already own a percentage upto 5% and participate in a Placement (and CR for exiting shares) then the above wont be far off the mark but as always do your own sums or wait until clarity comes re the a40 CR Announcement.
