Thanks for your insight. You conveniently side step the commentary on the Glencore director though. I had no idea that the MD of a mining company gets so hands on. I thought they were at the higher level focusing on strategy and overall picture. You also conveniently side step the reality that the share price plunged 40%+ which is obviously partially linked to the intention to OVERPAY for CSA Mines. I don't give two hoots about a difficult boss. Question is whether your boss is doing their job. In the cut and thrust world of mining and finance I can imagine many folks superseding the chain of command if needs be. Plenty of machiavellian types around. My impression from this website is that JS was not of this mould but more cost conscious.

Anyway I hope you're right about the share price. There's still a very real risk that this board may indeed go ahead and decide to overpay. I hope that's not the case.
