I don't think evolutionary theory need be inconsistent with a belief in God. Sure, it's inconsistent with a literal belief in the Bible but that's a different matter.
Even if we accept the Theory of Evolution, the world being 5 billion years old, the Big Bang etc....who or what created that?
I am an agnostic. Hopefully by the end of the weekend I can find all the answers in this thread and get off the spiritual fence.
