You actually can give examples... to at least try and give some credibility to emotional and myopic statements... that are also unsubstantiated.
eg
$20m raised @ 10c = 200m shares = ~15% dilution = ~1.5c per share
$10m raised @ ....
$40m raised @ ....
It's not difficult at all to provide perspective... when you know what you're talking about.
