OK - so this is the beginning of the turn around. This guy will be motivated by money and that will be good for all of us.
I am a little confused by the incentive package. If your second tranche of options are priced in 12 months time and the 3rd in 24 months time would you not want to keep a bit of a lid on the share price untill two years are up and then do the sellout thing.
Interested to know what others think?
