The equation is simple if INL get the Metals Recycling Project off the bl00dy ground in the next six months then everyone who has loaded up at these cheap prices & free oppies will have a picnic. Like most things this is a punt, GHD are already working on Stages 1 & 2 which will be due second half of this year.
IMO base your decisions on that report and funding arrangements not to mention the pending deal with CMR.
