Than that conversion note related share raising is just share dilution without cash inflow to ADY.
Keep a close eye on the cashflow in the next quarterly for holders, if the iron ore still doesn't turn a profit PT will be fast to do further SP raising to prop up the cash balance.
Furthermore, when the demerger does occur the debt will be split both ways, because you cannot separate into two entities and leave one entity with all the debt. This debt will be mud on all the SP premium the lithium business will receive.
This whole cash flow thing is getting more serious, since PT is "wording" nice announcements, while sidestepping the ore shipment for the existing contract. Take caution and question management on the things not said.
