Seems like the Piggot "fans" finally have gotten here too like they have on any other forum.

Titan hasn't had any problems rising money before so why would they now with these new assets? That's one of the majors benefits of the whole deal, the ability of Titan (& Nick Rowley) to bring cash, something Piggot never could do.

The deal makes sense. Core with Piggot was stuck. With the merger they have a chance to to something. For the Core share holders the upside right now (Core:0.28; Titan:0.022) is ~50%. It might be lower when the deal goes through, but it should still be a good deal. (And don't rule out the possibility for it to be higher, not much talk about that is it...)
