Thanks for that opinion BB...whichever way it goes I cant for the life of me find out how many shares in total the company had when it was delisted at $2.22 Have sent emails to those listed on Deloitte notice to shareholders (Jesse Mudge PA for MJ Donnelly) but they refuse to even acknowledge or give an explanation if there is some reason they can't provide. I have seen on this Forum on a couple of occasions the figure of $388m which would make it about 170 m shares but only thing I could find on that last link you sent was a figure of 72m for 56% of major SH which would make it around 140 million. Not going to make much difference in the end but would love it if someone out there could give me the right figure.
