Stating an opinion about having an actual "independent" director isn't toxic rubbish, it's realistic approach that isn't as one eyed as yours. I more than wish the company well and in doing so believe it's best to have some accountability. This won't occur when independence is conflicted.
Constructive views require contrast to your opinion. You clearly sit on the side that won't accept a view other than the once you have formed. Cognitive bias at its best.
The fact remains that we argued for an independent director and the ASX took notice. Arguing that the director be actually independent, the ASX will again take notice.
You can walk through your flowered fields towards another credit raise when all the money is gone. Approximately 5 quarters from now at the current rate of expenditure.
Unbiased conversation is something want to look into and define.
All in my opinion and a fully optimistic but realistic opinion at that.
