high grade gold - average grade 28g/t Au in production when mining stopped in 1963 with most of the gold intact.
the oppies are selling at 5c (25c due on 31 dec, 2008) & could be 5 bagger at least by end of july. simply because the Jorc resource statement is due in july.

in 1998 a non-jorc resource of 430,000 ounces was announced. there was another 50,000 ounces lower in the mine (below level 10) is mentioned in old reports from the 1993 resource statement. plus another 30,000 ounces at the AAA reef on level 1 (not included in the 1998 resource statement). so there is 510,000 ounces from 1998 resource modelling. there are 45,000 pages of old WMC archival records that are being digitised for implimentation into the jorc. that includes over 600 drill holes !!!!! plus MCO are drilling with their own diamond drills now. etc. etc. etc.......
