After the VW beetle prototype was first built and rigorously track tested, it took VW another 2 years to iron the 'bugs" out and then produce their first 50 beetles for sale in the German "home market". As much as this occurred about 80 years ago in my mind a similar timeframe or greater will apply for FBR to produce half this number of HX's especially if these a few of these HX's will be customised for Europe, Asia and U.S operating conditions alongside HX's being built for Aussie conditions. Having said that if I was a W.A builder and I was looking at considering using the WaaS installations on my projects I would like to be able to look at an independent report (possibly endorsed by The Master Builders Association / H.I.A) that included a time and motion study covering a standard build vs a WaaS build.
