    What is your view on expected announcement timings. While the whole IPO process is just over 20 weeks if they have started then from SEC filing we're looking at 13 weeks. If we say they want to list by November (they originally said by "3rd qtr" which I can't now see happening) then must see something in the next 4-6 weeks maximum to make it this year?
