why do they 'need' to communicate accurately?
isn't it the companies prerogative to employ whatever communication regime they like, and the investors prerogative to invest or not based upon this?
I get it that you want them to communicate more accurately, but they don't 'need' to, and based on their communication, you can make whatever investment/gambling decisions you like...
