Maybe ANZ can recapitalise opes and remove the reciever and administrator
and return the shares under a scheme of arrangement
(ie extinguish the insolvency event and revert to an operating Amsla)
or Maybe ANZ are just Toast.. and the writer is daydreaming
Selling the shares ..was arguably the DUMBEST Corporate decision in recent years
Didnt they work the scenarios
A possible outcome of successfull litagation for M+D has always been restitution
anz need to sort out opes asap to move forward, page-13
