Due to the fact that GSW got around $ 70 million cash, GSW have to go through a slow and painful death, possibly for the next two years. unless the share holders vote for a Euthanasia and decide to share the cash. Which is much more than the current share price. It is very tempting to buy the share at the current share price 16 cents. But I am not.
