Thatsgold, I don't think it is vital for them to have a share consolidation before buying.
If the news is good, the shareprice will take care of itself.If they progress as they are suggesting the price could be over a dollar in a few years anyway, and with good liquidity the number of shares will not be an issue.
They just need to show the market that they have got what it takes to progress to the next stage, ie stop waffling and promising and get on and do it, sign some deals.It hasn't happened yet.
