    re: capital raising-angers thnx Didn't Ted say in the Open Briefing that the capital raising will be a rights issue this time and not a placement.
    Maybe it was another director and not Ted but it is deeply imbedded in my mind that the company stated quite clearly that the raising will be a mid-year rights issue.
