If the Range/Africa Oil exploration project was taken out of the equation, what else could even come close to offering the same opportunities for prosperity, while breaking the current cycle of poverty and subsistence living in Puntland?

If new leadership were elected to Gov in Puntland, what would change?

What would be lost?

If a new exploration deal was drawn up with a new party, how long would it take to progress any project to drilling stage?

Would that then get challenged and overthrown?

How long do the aging elders have left, to see confirmation of the elephant fields they have dreamed of?

What short term prospects would the Puntland people have?

Do you believe the Somali people are foolish enough to let this opportunity pass them by?

Much of the current gesturing is likely clan based! Fear that soon, Mogadishu will no longer call the shots!
